That is illegal. This is a flagrant violation of The Posse Comitatus Act. National Guard are considered Title 10 troops while federalized. Title 10 troops cannot be used for domestic policing except to suppress an active invasion or rebellion.

If he is allowed to do this, there is nothing stopping him from using the full Federal military in the same way. This is Martial Law, whether they bother to announce it or not. Get ready.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said in a post on X that the Defense Department is "mobilizing the National Guard IMMEDIATELY to support federal law enforcement in Los Angeles. And, if violence continues, active duty Marines at Camp Pendleton will also be mobilized — they are on high alert."

Holly shit.

Unfortunately, I think you have this administration confused with one that gives a shit about laws.

It's heading exactly where they want it to head and we all need to arm ourselves and be prepared to fight.

I'm sure some spineless sycophant in DC (if not the Taco Grande himself) will happily refer to any protest they don't like as a "rebellion" and make this a reality.

You want civil war? This is how you get civil war.
