Please step back and analyze your need to call out people based on incomplete information to figure out why you couldn't just ask for more info like the other comments in the thread.
This is my reason why I thought the first photo made him look like a thug.
When I first saw the photo I thought he looked very similar to the "I am the captain now" guy. That was my initial reaction, now obviously the more you study the images the more differences you find, so after a while you realize they a quite different.
