MODERATORS
I really want that fundraiser site to be breached so we can find out who the assholes are donating to him. Fire all of them, too. Ruin their presumably already shitty lives.
“Invasion of privacy and illegal surveillance” are typically terms you associate with people and institutions of power. Not hackers outing hate groups. There is a distinct difference between “illegal surveillance” and shouting the names of self-proclaimed nazis and fascists to protect vulnerable populations from them.
It’s not “a side” that’s doing it, it’s people. Not institutions, not a government. It’s protection from those that would use actual illegal surveillance to target out-groups. Paradox of tolerance plays heavily in this scenario. People are all for protecting the innocent. But when people like you say, “well, wait a second now, these fascists deserve privacy too,” you play right into the natural evolution of fascism.
Something being illegal or not says absolutely nothing about it's morality. Quite often, immoral things are legal and moral things are illegal.
Saying something is bad because it's illegal is an incredibly simplistic pov.
You absolutely are. Your very fist sentence was "Invasion of privacy and illegal surveillance isn’t okay just because it’s your side that’s doing it."
Not a single person has argued that it was legal, and all of your response are about how it's 'wrong' or how we are 'hypocrites'.
It's already being done to us, and we have already cried foul, and people like you don't give a single solitary fuck- so why in the hell would we care about what you think?
LMFAO. Sweetie, you are the only person on this thread who is confused about that. We know it's illegal, not a single person has argued that it wasn't illegal. We don't care if it's illegal or not. How is this a hard concept to grasp? I'm pretty sure I can explain this to a kindergartner and they would get it.
I agree, you are embarrassing yourself, you should fuck back off to whatever right wing hole you crawled out of.
They can believe they're the good guys and they are wrong.
Stop defending nazis
You are defending the Nazis from the Nazi fund raiser. You don't want them to be exposed.
"Woke shit" and "Nazi shit" are not comparable.
You're conflating "illegal" with "just" or "the right thing to do". Those are two different attributes. Something can be legal and horrifying. Something can be illegal and just.
So this part:
Doesn't work. It's not a question of if it's illegal. That is largely irrelevant. The proposed action of "we should find out who these Nazis are" may be illegal, but that's irrelevant. Unimportant.
Nazis are a threat to everyone and should not be tolerated.
You're giving very lawful-neutral vibes, but I wouldn't be surprised if you were lawful-evil.
You can make an argument that all laws should apply to everyone equally all the time, but that's not how the world works right now, neither in practice nor theory, but you also should consider the "paradox of tolerance" problem. It is not a good idea to let Nazis just go around doing Nazi stuff.
The guy admitted to being a Nazi. He admitted to being a fascist. The people donating to him are also open about it. You are LITERALLY defending NAZi's.
I don't give a fuck how much you love him. The fact remains that you are literally defending Nazi's. Pay attention
Explain the nuance of how defending literal admitted Nazis- isn't actually defending Nazi's. Please explain. All you have done so far its accuse others of not understanding the nuance, so spell it out.
That's a cop out. I asked YOU to explain it. I already read it all and in context, and I think you are a jackass who is literally defending actual NAZi's. If you think you can weasel your way out of it, it's on you to explain how.
What in the fuck is that supposed to mean?
Yes, we know, and you also equated something being illegal with it being 'not okay' and 'bad'. I don't know how much more plainly people can say this to you before you are able to comprehend it. NO ONE GIVES A SINGLE SOLITARY FUCK IF IT'S ILLEGAL OR NOT. WE DON'T CARE. WE ADMIT THAT IT'S ILLEGAL AND THINK IT SHOULD BE DONE ANYWAY.
Did you catch it that time? It's also illegal to put a bullet in the forehead of every Nazi, Fascist, and White Supremacist in the country. Does that make it wrong? No it does not.
LOL indeed.
