America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

I don't think he ever intended to win the lawsuits in the first place. Rather, to waste the defendant's resources by having them pay lawyers to defend themselves.
Basically, he's trying to be a bully.
i LOVE that in australia, its standard practice that the losing side of a lawsuit pays the winning sides legal fees
obvious SLAPP? you’ll probably find a really good law firm to defend you for no up front costs because it’ll be a slam dunk and the bastard that brought the suit probably has money to burn
