I don't think he ever intended to win the lawsuits in the first place. Rather, to waste the defendant's resources by having them pay lawyers to defend themselves.
Basically, he's trying to be a bully.
i LOVE that in australia, its standard practice that the losing side of a lawsuit pays the winning sides legal fees

For those that don't know it's a British satire show that got cancelled a while back that took the piss out of public figures and politicians, a bit like south park is doing now.

Seeing this made me look up to verify that they were the ones to do the puppets for Genesis' Land of Confusion back in the 80's. Watching the video again brings different feelings as an adult.
