I think it's supposed to be a barbeque? That fits with the image generator mashing a study and a balcony or a patio.
Love the "study room" which is apparently a balcony too. Also one bathroom has two sinks and no toilet and one has two toilets but no bath or shower.
It's almost like repeatedly bullying and threatening a nation makes them less likely cut a deal with you. Weird.
