China's GDP per capita is literally 1/5 of America's

Yet China and America has the same life expectancy

China's metropolitan cities are undoubtedly much better than America's to live in

Even the people living in rural areas have better access to healthcare than America's

That second statement is true. The last two not so much. The HDI would probably be the best measurement and the US is much higher on that scale even with its garbage life expectancy.

HDI includes life expectancy (same), education (China slightly higher) and gross national income per capita

Having a higher level of income doesn't mean your quality of life is higher, especially since the cost of living in America is also higher

Thus dollar for dollar, the quality of life that China delivers is far higher than what America offers

What the Marx are you talking about? Compare cities, like Chongqing, to NYC, and you can easily see how much superior Chinese cities are to US cities. For instance, public transportation, such as electric driver-less buses, taxis and high speed rail far surpasses anything the US can muster.

I can easily compare them. NYC is much better.
