Keep in mind that this is a meme community, not a diagnostic tool. People muddle up all sorts of topics with ADHD that feel relatable but aren't diagnostic criteria. Perfectionism for example isn't specific for ADHD or neurodiversity at all, and that's true for many things that get shared as memes here.
