I'm 32yo and I'm waay out of this phase. I love people, I don't judge them for their life choices.

It will backfire on my mental health and overall stability, but it's the only mode I can improve that I have discovered so far

Or, you could love yourself to become better. Reach towards the person who's growing, and let the rest fall away.
