They are saying things haven't changed because children were taught the same thing their parents believed. Aka they are racist because their parents were racist = they are nazis because their parents were nazis.

They are saying nothing changed because Poland was already full of nazis. They are spouting the same bullshit as the last panel.

Those people never left, they had kids, grew communities, kids got taught, and it’s now today.
