Some of these are only vaguely related, but great communities.
I remember a time when a lot of Conservatives refused to participate in the census, due to a rock-solid insistence that the government had no right to even ask if they'd be willing to volunteer their personal information...and would probably threaten to shoot you, if you implied that it was mandatory.
Now, they want everyone online to upload their photo ID? What the fuck happened, man? How did we get from there, to here?
They are the party of "do as I say, not as I do." Total control freaks, the lot of them. That's why they refused to give up their info, but are just fine making everyone else do so.
We are trapped by legalism and those who will stand back and do nothing if we act against our masters, claiming their aggression is just because we didn't obey the rules they set out to oppress us.
