The problem is that rightists are raised on a steady diet of “the radical left are violent and dangerous. They turn your kids gay! They cut off your kids genitals! They want to take everything you have and give it to brown people! They want whites to die!”
In their brainwashed ignorance, they actually think the left is already fighting.
