Who do we think is going to collapse first russia or the US? I'm putting money on russia simply because they seem to be running out of the momentum that the USSR built and once that's gone there won't be a lot left. The US still has enough military power that I don't think anyone will be willing to start an offensive for at least a few decades.

Russia. Just like the Soviet Union collapsed, because they spent all their resources on boondoggles instead of their country and people.
