A place for for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.

A zero-tolerance policy for bigotry of any kind. Failure to respect this will result in a ban.

I was driving with a friend the other day when went through a 20mph zone, not unusual around us. He described it as a "Woke speed limit".

I think we can therefore say that the word means nothing any more other than "thing I disagree with"

I'm a woke urbanist and I think speed limits are good, but traffic calming is better. The design of the street should make you feel faster, so you drive slower. Narrow streets, tall objects near the street, rumble strips, and chicanes can all slow down traffic by making drivers feel unsafe when they speed.

Slower cars make less noise and run over fewer children. And I hate it when the city is loud because of all the cars. I don't like dead kids either, but that's secondary to me.

Haha... Well at least an easy definition I guess. Explains why people cant seem to agree what it actually means anymore.
