The weird thing is that Epstein seems like he was his own separate child trafficking organization. The elites are still doing it, just making sure they sacrificially terminate most of their victims so they can never talk. There have been some victims who've spoken out, like Alisa & Gabriel Dearman, some 15 year old girl in Australia named Teresa, Anneke Lucas, Sarah Ruth Ashcraft , 1972 Bilderbergs etc
