Be a right wing grifter, obviously. Hey I've got some pills that make you BEEFY. They're full of testosterone*. Eat em by the fistfull while you feel bad for your inadequacies as a man.

You can't tell them to eat them by the fistful. You're just screaming they need a fistful, otherwise your product doesn't work. Instead warn them about the effects of overuse. "If you get too swole off one per day don't increase to a fistful per day".
