Weird to see your name here. I randomly bookmarked your user page for reddit multiple years ago because I really liked your opinion on some book or something so I recognise your name from my bookmarks toolbar. I never googled the name to learn that it's a poem until now. Looks like you're the same guy though which is uncanny. I remember being pleased that so many of your interests overlapped with mine and that you were commenting educated things about those interests.
I can't find the original reason I bookmarked your page which is driving me crazy but it's already crazy to recognize a name across platforms. We both have 15 year old reddit accounts, assuming you're the same guy. Really weird thing to have happen first thing in the morning.
I even had to boot up an old desktop to confirm it was the same username cuz the bookmark was on a non-synced Firefox on that old PC so I know I made the bookmark over two years ago.
Yeah, that’s me! I don’t usually remember to pay attention to user names, but yours also seems vaguely familiar from ye olde reddit days.
There are probably more of us around than we realize, and I’m just one of the few who never understood the point of regularly deleting their user accounts. But it’s nice to know my contributions are noticed and appreciated—thanks!
