Yes and it's amazing, but it's not a fix all solution. It helps with focus, executive dysfunction and fatigue, but psychological and psychiatric support is really necessary.

For me personally it gives me the ability to choose to do things. Before it would be hard to do a thing I didn't want to do. It was like trying to pickup large heavy smooth ball covered in oil. Now the ball isn't covered in oil. Picking it up didn't become easy, just possible.

Yes. Being able to focus on a boring task after over 30 years of not being able to is an amazing feeling

Can you also switch tasks as needed? Collaborate with others?

switching tasks can sometimes be a problem, especially when you first start medicating. But it's managable. Just make sure to actually sit in front of whatever you want to do.

Can't say much about collab. I haven't found much difference there

Depends on the individual as with all meds but if you find the right med for you then it totally helps even as an adult
