You can literally see that the car is moving in the middle lane of a freeway. On top of the unsecured animal they are looking at their phone and have zero hands on the wheel because hUrRdUrR sElF dRiViNg.

Looks like a Tesla screen, so it’s all okay because the car is self driving.
