Translation:

Engels terribly misinterpreted the word "authoritarianism" which I like to use, but quckly revert to the actual meaning of the word, also what if we used the state-apparatus to ban racism and sexism?

It's the perpetual problem of the state. If it is powerful enough to ban such things, it's also powerful enough to enforce them as well. Only now the bigots and criminals the good people would have disenfranchised. Have more motivation to achieve state power than the good people.
