It might be owned by white people but you should read the names of people in lead technical roles and writing research papers. I promise you will have a hard time pronouncing most of the names haha.
While I totally agree with you, have you ever tried yourself at Polish names? And I think they are mostly white ;0)
Honestly, as an american, I wouldn't put it past some of racists to think the polish names are actually african or something
