It feels so wrong laughing at a civil war, but it also somehow feels right

i read an intersting comment in the same situation on a sub earlier this week, the oligarchs want a civil war because they can pick up the pieces and choose the winning side, the last thing they want its a total uprising./revolution(where "heads" start rolling on the floor)
