Mars attacks, interestingly, exemplifies the “I hate everyone equally” image that republicans once attempted to make their own. The martians don’t care if you’re black, white, Asian, rich, or poor. You’re all just flesh to render and discard. Nuanced choice, OP!

I can't take credit for the choice. Another Lemmy user made a comment that made me realize this scene is exactly what we are seeing in many American cities today.
