I understand. Different strokes for different folks. I mainly use it to read about things I'm interested in like scientific fields such as space exploration.
I'd suggest using Bluesky in ways that most people wouldn't think about.
For example, you could use it to keep up to date about local events in your geographic area. Another example would be to follow a very unique subject such as macrophotography.
Yeah. Admittedly, having not carefully curated my feed is part of the problem. I feel like I need to create a new user and start over. I'm having difficulty being asked to give it the time of day at this point.

I'm having a weird experience with Google's "Discovery" feed. Apparently, I've blocked enough keywords and sources (~100), that all it shows now, is science, tech, and space. Makes me... want to check it from time to time? 😅

I haven't had a lot of success with the discovery feed. You could try a third party app such as Skeets.
