With the name changes isn't it actually MAAAN now? Meta, Alphabet, Apple, Amazon and Netflix.

Nvidia aren't a software company, Y combinator doesn't belong here either.

Microsoft already wasn't in FAANG.

FAANG was never "software companies" it was for "stocks to buy". IIRC it was invented by Cramer et al.

Oh OK I always heard of it in software development circles as "if you want to go corpo and earn a shitload of money for a few years, go FAANG" but I see how you mean. Can you buy stocks in Y Combinator then? Or is that just a convenient inclusion for the screengrabbed post?

I had assumed it was Yandex
