The reason for the second half of that should be pretty obvious... Walmart tends to have lower prices thus allowing their employees to buy more, yes it is usually cheaper, in both meanings of the term, but it is what they can afford on their shit pay.

My point is that Walmart employees really have no choice but to spend their money at Walmart. Your previous statement was implying that Walmart employees were complicit in the scam.
