What’s so bizarre is that on the actual day of 9/11 he was pretty great at promoting stability and calm in the midst of chaos. I remember watching him and thinking, well, he’s doing pretty good for . . everything. Really. It’s hard to imagine.
And then, slowly at first, then almost overnight he became the arrogant idiot fascist licking drunk we all wish was in prison.

Mental capacity only declines after your 40's. Rudy has had 20 years of decay and syphilis eating his brain away.
The biggest contributor to the US downfall has been having such elderly representation, these dinosaurs barely know where they are much less what they're voting on.
They only know what their billionaire handlers tell them and their own families are more than happy to wheel their dying asses around to milk every last drop out of them.
He was also the guy who moved the terrorism response center to right next to the towers despite the towers already having been the target of terrorism and against the advice of advisors.
