Giuliani became loved because a terrorist attack. Thats it. Thats his claim to fame. Had he not been mayor during this time he would have faded into death and nothingness. Now his legacy is even more tainted because trump sold him out.

In my opinion, had mamdani been mayor in 2000 i believe 9/11 would have never happened/s
