It's too cold in the house for my bread (66F/19C). Now I'm experimenting with a cardboard box, heating pad and cooling rack as a proofing box.

I don't know if I can do this job long term. Having a morning commute and then sitting in a room with other people is a bit crushing. The only way I could do this is if I do an overnight shift and even then there are more people than I want to deal with. I'm used to working alone and remotely. This sucks.
