I can only offer slightly more context than the meme itself!
Stalin was found a day after his stroke (as he was notoriously irritable about being disturbed when in private) on the floor of his room; still alive but only semi-conscious, he was found in a puddle of his own piss. He was then moved to a bed and given medical attention - he clung to life for a few more days and then died.

I'm sure I'm asking you to repeat yourself but are you the human savior of the pugs or are you a pug yourself who is saving humanity?
