I JUST finished the series this weekend. Drummer was one of my favorite characters.
Not posting spoilers but I wish I could see what happens after the finale.
On to the books, I guess!
When you read the books make sure you start from the beginning. There are lots of plotlines that aren't in the show as well as characters that are changed or combined with other characters. Drummer is notably different and more important in the show than in the books because in the show she is basically an amalgamation of like 4 or 5 different book characters.
For me the third and last book trilogy was even better than the rest, a shame it didn't make it into the show.
