the reason the rent goes up is because costs go up. taxes go up, fees go up, and demand goes up.

bitch all you want about rent goign up, truth is if you aren't willing to pay it then someone else is. you may think 1600 is expensive... i bet you 20 other people moving into your city/town thing it's cheap.

my last apartment i paid an extra months rent to beat out the other people who wanted it.
