He has to sign it / veto it except if there is a "supermajority" in both the chambers IIRC.

The Kraken? Ha ha I checked it out and ofc it was a qanon conspiracy bullshit lol. But you are right, Trump can't do anything if there is a supermajority

Now, if he wanted to release the pero-files he could just order it, why has he been trying to not get them released? He has his reasons, and he can try to stall again ofc / convince people to not vote in the senate etc etc.

But you're right, he can be forced.
