Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I remember watching duck tales and I used to find the idea of having enough money to swim in fascinating when Scrooge McDuck would dive into his vault of gold, but looking at it from an adult perspective it is super weird that Scrooge was depicted as one of the good guys, and all the evil people are trying to get into his vault to steal his money. Like he could change the lives of so many people with that money and instead he just hoards it all to swim in it and we are supposed to root form him
Disney groomed us to believe the ultra rich are good guys. Looks like they succeeded.
Duck Tales is about the only publication that has him as a good guy.
Perhaps it's funded by Scrooge McDuck's PR team.
I guess it would be too hard to write a light-headed adventure cartoon where one of the main protagonists is an anti-hero. For comedy it's easier.
Even then, I remember he is always wrong and almost kills everybody all the time.
