This community is mostly for discussion and news. Remember to search for the thing you're submitting before posting to see if it's already been posted.

We want to keep the quality of posts high. Therefore, memes, funny videos, low-effort posts and reposts are not allowed. We prohibit giveaways because we cannot be sure that the person holding the giveaway will actually do what they promise.

Make sure to mark your stuff or it may be removed.

No one wants to be spoiled. Therefore, always mark spoilers. Similarly mark NSFW, in case anyone is browsing in a public space or at work.

6. No linking to piracy

Don't share it here, there are other places to find it. Discussion of piracy is fine.

We don't want us moderators or the admins of lemmy.world to get in trouble for linking to piracy. Therefore, any link to piracy will be removed. Discussion of it is of course allowed.

Today's game is some more Assassin's Creed III. I finished the story today and even got some of the collectibles done.

I've got a grand total of 72% of the game done. I'm gonna grab the collectibles and go back and get constraint goals. Then i'll move on to the DLC.

After Achilles' death in the Homestead missions, i donned his robe before killing Haytham and Lee. It feels appropriate. You know? My first go around in this game on PS3 way back in the day, i didn't do this until post game. Part of me was conflicted, as Achilles is one of my favorite of the characters. It's almost like a paarthurnax situation for me.

I still need to do the epilogue missions so i'm going to do those before deciding to dive deeper into this. But i will end off by saying getting 100% on the Last mission was hard. I wanted to grab it in one go because that's how i did it back in the day. So, to respect the tradition, i committed to it. The burning ship part was the hardest for sure. It was worth it though in the end, at least for the gratification it brought me.
