Are you referring to the fact that democrats have won the majority of elections nation wide since the 90s? Texas doesn’t vote the same as the national average. Pretty simple.
My you sure are jumping around a lot. A second ago it was Democrats in Texas have to act different to win, which they don't do, and now we're switching back to National. That's weird. Why'd you bring up Democrats in Texas at all if you're going to be talking about National stuff?
This article is about democrats from Texas voting against the Democratic Party. It’s pretty straight forward. I can’t understand it for you.

Yes the part after that is where you made the assumption. A wild assumption that had nothing to do with any comment made before it. For which there was no basis in fact, logic, or reason.
