Not seeing a sandwich... Could be a butt crack, or cleavage, perhaps. But not stacks of bread and cold cuts. Just picturing a couple of NASA astronomers checking this out for the first time:
Astronomer 1: That blob looks sorta like boobs smashed together.
Astronomer 2: More like a plumber's butt crack.
Astronomer 1: Well we can't publish either of those. We'll have to say it looks like a... looks around, gaze landing on the half eaten ham sandwich from the lunch his wife packed him... Sandwich.
Astronomer 2: But it doesn't really look like...
Astronomer 1: Sand. Which.
Astronomer 2: But...
