How does the first definition not apply? The situation can be described with both terms, not just chaos. They are interlinked imo.

The headline isn't refering to the movement definition in any case, which is my point. Your first comment makes no sense.

Everything you just said is wrong

Holy shit lol.

So everything I said is wrong. That means the situation, where a leader of a nation is kidnapped, is not a state of disorder due to the absence of authority.

It also means I'm wrong in terms of the headline, so they are actually using the second definition and meant trump is ushering in a state of cooperation.

You can say I'm wrong and to stay in school, but you aren't actually saying anything. The literal definition you posted makes my point. Words are hard and sometimes, some of them have different meanings depending on context. What a joke, lmao.

Sometimes I wonder how people like you make it through a day without choking on your own tongue

Please give me more trite one liners instead of explaining what you meant or why exactly I'm wrong. Must be nice living in a fantasy.

Are you even capable of tying your own shoes?

"I know I'm wrong but my ego won't let me admit it, so I'd rather pretend and be a child"

The Earth completes one revolution around the Sun each year.

homes: The earth cannot revolt, it's submitting to the sun. Pretty much the opposite of a revolution.
