Cookware and bakeware audit completed. Massive quantities of items that I almost certainly won't use again. Vinnies will do well out of this I think. Will be taking a cartload up there tomorrow. How did I end up with 3 (3!) very large mixing bowls? I'm keeping the best one and a medium size one and ditching the rest. Also 5 small/medium frying pans - I only use one at most. The large frying pan still gets a workout, but the small ones???? Still, the cupboards are now clean and tidy.
Interestingly, the stockpot has vanished into the aether - will have to replace that at some stage.
If you happen to have a gem iron...
Alas, no. Lots and lots of colanders though, and an asparagus steamer (dunno where that came from).
Pity. I need a second one to make spherical batches realistic.
