You've probably never heard of it but you should watch it. if you're in your 20s and have the liver of a god then also try the drinking game.
It's a Japanese film from the late 90s/early 00s that stars the Japanese Rockabilly band "Guitar Wolf". the band consists of the lead, Guitar Wolf, as well as Bass Wolf and Drum Wolf. The film is ahead of its time, especially for Japan, as far as current social issues. I can't say which ones specifically as that would spoil the movie.
The film is centered around a fan of Guitar Wolf that wants to be as big a star as them. It is also a zombie movie. How the zombies came to be is believe to be from aliens but doesn't really specify how exactly. Nor does it specify the aliens intents and purposes but they're in the movie just...they're in the movie. There's also at least like 3 subplots that don't go anywhere or really have any effect on the overall movie.
It's awesome.
