I've read the article posted in the comments, but it didn't say about if it needed reloading in those 45. Or how it reloads?

It doesn't need to reload if you put a 20k round belt on it. The real innovation here is the robotics that it took to pull the charging handle like all the time. Holy crikey. Also is there like a lube gun squirting in there? Asking for a friend.
