I was thinking this is Myriad, why not keyword it?
Myriad is actually a may ability, and this card requires creating a token attacking each other opponent.
The "except it isn't legendary" part is different from myriad
Myriad exiles the tokens, this sacrifices them
The legendary part is actually very important as my opponents find out when I steal and kill their Commander with Firbolg Flutist
