The video didn't ask anything or make crazy ridiculous claims in my opinion, we could all use a little more movement.
The blanket statement title is lying? What more do you want.
It doesn't magically fix shit. Yeah you can better many ailments with physical exercise. But thats not what the video says.
It specifically says it will help with your mobility problems.
It will.
Even if you are healthy. Even if you are disabled.
It says fix in the title... I mean, c'mon

Downvotes doesn't really matter. It's okay, I know people have different opinions. But sensationalist health claims is a pet peeve of mine!
