You can never criticize anything that goes wrong in a dictatorship. If you do, you are a traitor and will have a bad time. Only thing you can do to get ahead is play along and pretend everything is going to plan, everyone above and below your organization is doing a great job and you will archive any goals set by your superiors, no matter how unreasonable they are. If you fail, it must be because of enemy sabotage. Never let reality get into the way of propaganda.
