Ein Flugzeugträger im Bodensee würde die Schweiz schon abschrecken!

This doesn't make the electricity cheaper for you. It just means a lower number is printed on your power bill, and a higher number on your sales-, income or other tax bill that the government then gives to the power plant owner.
Because current society is built on the assumption that around 4 workers will support 1 person with social benefits like retirement money, healtcare or unemployment benefits. Robots are already used in many factories but don't pay any of those. The robots will produce goods cheaper than humans, however corporations will own the robots, and still charge you the same price for the goods while receiving a larger margin.
Do you mean how much it costs to make in a nuclear plant, or how much the consumer pays on the electricity bill?
Well for starters you have to take out billions in credits over at least 20-30 years and pay interest on it, until the plant is built and you can start selling power and make any money from it.
But it could be, if just dump the waste in the Nord Sea like in the 60s... /s
Oder statt 3 180 Euro Ruten gleich eine 540 Euro Rute nehmen!
"I'm intrigued, but does it have AI? Everything is AI nowadays!"
This task is not that complicated. You have a list of timestamps with the seconds and the number of interactions for that second. All you need to do is to find the seconds with the most interactions. On a 1h video this would be only 3600 calculations "if currentValue is greater than maxValue". If you store it as a Plain integer array you would need ~14KB of RAM. For comparison, a 1987 homecomputer with a 68000 CPU would do ~7Million calculations per second and have ~512kB of RAM, depending on the options.
Why do you need "AI" for this? That is something that can be done client side on a 30 year old phone without sweat if you already have a list of timestamps and number of engagements for a video?
