I posted about nihilism yesterday, and everyone suggested it was more likely depression than nihilism (or in addition to). So I saw my GP, and she said she can change my meds, but she wants me to see a psychologist first (partly because she's going on leave for a while and can't titrate meds for a few weeks) to deal with the ADHD rejection issue I had about a month ago. So I will do that.

Not being diagnosed with ADHD was a HUGE issue for me. I had my eggs in the ADHD basket, so that maybe, just maybe, I could return to work (assuming the meds worked). But that's out the door (for now).

I'm also getting an appt at a neuropsych clinic because she said that due to my SU history, it could be an ABI. So We'll see.

Anyway, that's what I'm up to.
