My performance MX micro switch fails every 1- 2 years. I bought a cheap pack of 10 microswitches and open them up to use the springs as donors. Swap the worn spring for the new one and it's back in business, no need to even solder
Soldering would be no issue for me, but simply replacing a spring is even better. I will order some parts and try this. Thanks for the info :)
