If it takes you decades to lasso select a cinnamon roll from one image and paste it on another image in MS Paint, then I'm just impressed you strung this many words together.
Object select in most modern image editors uses AI now.
They'd be really upset, if they knew what AI was.
It would be really upsetting if someone was so stupid that they thought using a local algorithm in your offline software was the same thing as an AI image generator.
What about an AI generator on a local machine? What about AI generative fill in / erase? What about AI image extension? AI lighting improvement, artifact removal, etc etc?
I just have to say their blatant declaration of having absolutely no idea what AI is, as an inflammatory response to me pointing out that they have absolutely no idea what AI is, was quite satisfying.
But remember, we're the stupid ones for taking the time to understand what the technology even is.
