They also capture your car’s make, model, color, and identifying features such as dents, roof racks, and bumper stickers, often turning these into searchable data points. These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles—regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. While these systems can be useful for tracking stolen cars or wanted individuals, they are mostly used to track the movements of innocent people.

I saw in the rich neighborhoods in the town where I live the landscapers use their trailers to block the Flock cameras for their rich clients.
Must be weird to view people as a shield.
FWIW, I appreciate your discovery of this systemic issue IRL, and even moreso for sharing it here, for others.
All in all, the number of "elites" who wouldn't use any of us as a human shield/prop/tool/beast of burden is nonzero, but it might as well be.
Thus making it the perfect target for crime!
