also paparazzi harass people beyond just taking photos. when you hear a story of one behaving civilly you are surprised.
I saw in the rich neighborhoods in the town where I live the landscapers use their trailers to block the Flock cameras for their rich clients.
Must be weird to view people as a shield.
FWIW, I appreciate your discovery of this systemic issue IRL, and even moreso for sharing it here, for others.
All in all, the number of "elites" who wouldn't use any of us as a human shield/prop/tool/beast of burden is nonzero, but it might as well be.
